An undeveloped back garden we identified, negotiated and acquired on behalf of our clients. The plot was allocated for residential development within the first draft of Chelmsford City Council’s emerging local plan having undergone the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA). Our client was successful in obtaining planning approval for 10 large detached units ahead of the local plan being adopted.
