An infill opportunity identified, housed three sides by residential property. The plot was excluded from the existing village settlement boundary and therefore within the countryside. Justification had to be provided that the application would not adversely impact on the identified intrinsic character and beauty of the countryside. We negotiated and acquired this site with joint venture partners who obtained planning approval for four large detached properties. Construction is now complete and all properties have been sold.
